Browsing 4-U Online Shopping Mall ("4-U Mall") or placing an order means you accept the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Products & Pricing
- All products are sourced from verified suppliers, including Morgan Electronics.
- Prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and may change without prior notice.
- Stock availability is shown at the time of browsing but is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
- Product images are representative; minor variations in packaging or accessories may occur.
3. Orders
Placing an order — on the site or via WhatsApp — is an offer to buy, not a done deal. If a price is listed wrong or an item runs out before we confirm, we'll contact you first; we reserve the right to adjust or decline the order in that case.
4. Payment
- We accept Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash) and Cash on Delivery.
- Mobile Money orders are confirmed once payment proof is shared with us.
- Cash on Delivery orders are paid directly to our delivery agent at drop-off.
5. Delivery
We deliver within Takoradi for a fee of ₵25–₵30, calculated based on distance from our dispatch point. For deliveries outside Takoradi, our team will contact you on WhatsApp to agree on delivery cost and timing before dispatch.

7. Limitation of Liability
4-U Mall is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, or third-party courier issues. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
