Do you deliver to my area?
Yes. We deliver to all 16 regions of Ghana. The delivery fee depends on your location; we confirm it with you by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch, and you pay it on delivery. You can also pick up for free at our shop.
How can I pay?
Pay online with Paystack (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money or Visa/Mastercard), send MoMo directly and upload a screenshot, or pay cash on delivery or at pickup.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes. Choose "Pick up at shop" at checkout. There's no delivery fee, and we'll call you when your order is ready to collect.
What is your return policy?
If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. See our return policy for details.
How do I track my order?
Tap "Track order" at the top of the page and enter the phone number you used at checkout. You'll see the status of every order.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. You can place orders online any time.
